AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree with any provision of the Agreement, you may not use the Services.

ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY
When creating an account with the Operator, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and ensuring that no unauthorized person has access to them. The Operator shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
BETTING AND GAMING TERMS
All bets and gaming activities on the Services are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the specific rules and regulations governing each game or event. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of each game before placing a bet.
WAGERING REQUIREMENTS
Any bonus or promotion offered by the Operator is subject to wagering requirements (the "WR") as specified in the promotional terms and conditions. WR must be met within 7 days from the date the bonus was credited, unless otherwise stated.
BONUS TERMS
Bonuses are only available to new players who have not previously made a deposit with the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice.

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
The Operator reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice, if it believes that you have breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unauthorized activity.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Institute of Curaçao.
AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES
The Operator reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
